If you can pay directly but the store doesn’t ship overseas: Checkout normally with your own credit card. Use your comGateway U.S. address as the shipping address. We’ll email you when your package arrives, including: Package weight Repack status (if available) Scanned invoice Date of receipt View your package(s) under “Packages at U.S. Address” in your account. Once all your orders arrive, go to “Ship” to manage delivery and choose repack, consolidate, or express options. 💡 You’ll see shipping weight and fees only once your package has arrived.

Q: What should I do if my package was delivered to the wrong U.S. Address?

Please contact the merchant as soon as possible and request for them to re-direct the package to your correct U.S. Address. Please note that the courier will only take instructions from the you, the sender.

Q: How do I ensure that I am shopping the U.S. version of the online store?

Q: Will I be subject to U.S. Duties & Taxes when I return my items to the U.S?

No, not if your return is properly documented. As long as the item is clearly marked as a return , hasn’t been altered, and includes valid documentation, it should not be subject to U.S. import duties or taxes . ✅ Include return documents like the merchant’s commercial invoice and RMA number ✅ Mark the shipment as “Returned Goods” when preparing your label
