Rates are in USD and based on chargeable weight. Final charges are shown before payment. Maximum shipment weight is 20 kg.

Follow your parcel from shipment to collection

Submit your shipment

Choose Self-Pickup and your preferred pickup point when shipping eligible packages.

Transport is arranged

Our U.S. warehouse prepares your parcels and arranges transport to the airport.

Your parcel takes flight

The shipment departs the U.S. on its scheduled flight to Hong Kong.

Arrives in Hong Kong

Your parcel reaches our Hong Kong warehouse for local processing.

Checked in and shelved

The Hong Kong warehouse receives, scans and places your parcel in the pickup area.

Receive your pickup code

We notify you as soon as the parcel is ready and send your unique pickup code.

Collect your parcel

Visit during service hours and present the pickup code to receive your parcel.
