1. Value of the commodities

According to China export regulations, all personal shipments exported from Mainland China have to meet the following requirements:

Maximum Invoice Value	Ship to Hong Kong, Macau And Taiwan	Ship to Other Countries
For Undividable Single Item	No Value Limit	No Value Limit
For Multiple Items	RMB 800	RMB 1,000

2. Destination Duties and Taxes

User acknowledges and agrees that the services do not include customs or taxes (except where clearly stated) and that we are not a customs agent or broker.

We are solely responsible for the export and import of its packages and shipments.

The user is solely responsible for the payment of any and all customs, duties, tariffs, taxes, or other charges or fees of any nature relating to the shipment.

3. Unacceptable Shipment

User agrees that Products will be deemed unacceptable for Shipment if It is classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), any applicable government department or other relevant organization e.g. China Export Controls

Restricted Good List:

All kinds of Alcohol-based or Flammable products (e.g. Hair Tonic, Hair Spray, perfumes, cologne, toners, sanitizers, etc)
Any external battery or power bank for smartphones or tablets devices
Any type of standalone batteries
Wireless earbuds - Wireless earbuds case contains LI Batt
Item with battery
Food
Health Supplement
All kind of liquids (lotion, cream, toothpaste, contact lens with liquid, etc)
Flammable items such as paint, perfume, nail polish Essential oils, diffuser oils, fragrance oil and perfume oil
Any unidentifiable material, substance or chemical.
Tobacco products
Petroleum products
Articles, publications of a pornographic or obscene nature
Alcohol products and beverages

Question 2

How do I use OneBox?

Accepted Answer

Log into your account and go to Ship OneBox

You will see your packages that can be safely combined together in one container. Select a minimum of two packages and click "Proceed with OneBox.”

Select or provide packing instructions, if any.

Agree to the Terms and Conditions and click "Confirm."

Complete the rest of the checkout process.

Once checkout is complete, your packages will no longer appear on your dashboard while our warehouse team is processing your request. This can take up to two business days.

You'll receive 2 notification emails: when your OneBox request is received and upon its completion.

You can view your request history by going to the Service Order in your Dashboard.

OneBox Terms and Conditions

By confirming this request, you agree and allow comGateway to discard or cut external packing materials to reduce volumetric weight. This may affect its eligibility for Returns, depending on the merchant's policies. We do not guarantee that all your items will fit in one container, but trust that our expert warehouse team will put them in the least number of boxes or polybags without compromising its safety during international delivery. This process cannot be undone and is irreversible. OneBox package(s) is not eligible to be split into multiple packages. Processing will take up to 2 business days to complete. However, depending on the complexity of your instructions, additional processing days may be needed. We cannot guarantee that all additional instructions will be carried out. If OneBox is not feasible on your selected packages, we’ll notify you and payment will be refunded.

How can I check the status of my BuyForMe orders?

You are able to view a list of your BuyForMe Orders when you click on BFM Orders in your sidebar of your account.

Tapping on the order number will allow you to see the details of your order you placed with us.

Are there other fees?

Accepted Answer

Yes—but only in special cases.

Our shipping partners (DHL and FedEx) may apply surcharges for certain types of deliveries.

These apply to about 5% of shipments annually and include things like:

Remote area delivery

Oversized or irregularly shaped packages

Non-stackable packages

Additional handling requirements

🧾 We review these surcharges regularly and always aim to keep them fair, accurate, and fully transparent.

When do I use the BuyForMe Service?

This fee is of 10% of (total cost of items purchased + domestic shipping, if any).
