Packages are typically updated in your account by the end of the next business day after they arrive at our U.S. warehouse. However, delays can happen if: The recipient name doesn’t match the name on your comGateway account The shipping address is incomplete or missing your Suite ID If you still don’t see the package after 2 business days , please contact us with: A copy of the merchant invoice The shipping tracking number We’ll help locate and assign the package to your account.

Q: Can I use the BuyForMe service to purchase eBooks/e-gift cards from any merchant?

Unfortunately, no. We can’t buy digital goods like eBooks or e-gift cards—only physical items that can be shipped to your U.S. address. 💡 Rule of thumb: If it doesn’t go in a box, and can’t ship it. We probably can’t buy it.

Q: Why am I unable to enter my U.S. Address as my shipping address in the merchant page?

Ensure that you have not entered any special characters in the address field – some merchant pages may not be able to compute them. Eg, in some merchant pages, you may need to omit the prefix “C/O” that comes before your Suite ID.

Q: Can you buy the item for me when the online store does not accept my international credit card?

Yes we can! Simply follow these steps to place your BuyForMe order with us. Login to your account and click on Buy For Me on your dashboard or BFM Orders in your sidebar. Then click on BuyForMe Cart. A BuyForMe form will appear. Fill in your order details. You may fill in as many items as you wish from the same merchant We will place your order(s), checkout and pay the merchant. Your shopping will be sent to your U.S. Address We will send you an email once we have placed your order(s) If you wish to shop from another online store, please fill out a new BuyForMe form. Please note that we require one form (regardless of the items required) for separate merchants. Your packages have arrived at your U.S. Address. Q: Can I switch from Prime or Basic to Business mid-year?

Yes, you can upgrade to Business at any time. Your new benefits will begin immediately once you pay the Business membership fee. Previous membership perks are replaced with Business-level benefits.
