When I use OneBox, what happens to my packages?

Once you request OneBox, your packages are removed from your online dashboard temporarily while our warehouse team gets to work.

Within 2–3 business days, our repack specialists:

  • Assess your items for repack eligibility and safety
  • Combine them into a box  with the lowest possible shipping weight
  • Remove bulky packaging (like shoe boxes or gift boxes) that adds unnecessary volume
  • Add protective materials like bubble wrap or fragile stickers when needed
