How Shipping Charges Work

Shipping costs are based on weight—either actual or volumetric,whichever is greater.
You pay a base fee for the first 0.5kg,then a lower subsequent fee for every additional 0.5kg.
Volumetric weight is used when your package is light but bulky.

Volumetric weight is calculated by the length x height x width of a package and dividing the result with a volumetric factor.
Please note that in some cases, shipping weight indicated on your merchant order form confirmation is based on ground shipping guidelines and does not correspond to international air shipping criteria.
Domestic shipping calculations
- Do not factor in volumetric weight measurements.
- Utilize a different volumetric factor for calculating volumetric weight.
