Once you request OneBox, your packages are removed from your online dashboard temporarily while our warehouse team gets to work. Within 2 –3 business days , our repack specialists: Assess your items for repack eligibility and safety Combine them into a box with the lowest possible shipping weight Remove bulky packaging (like shoe boxes or gift boxes) that adds unnecessary volume Add protective materials like bubble wrap or fragile stickers when needed 💬 Have special instructions? Let us know! We’ll follow them—as long as it won’t compromise the safety of your shipment.
