How do I shop and ship with comGateway?

Shopping with comGateway is easy, whether you’re buying directly from U.S. stores or need help placing your order.

🛍️ If the online store accepts your card:

Shop from any U.S. online store.

At checkout, enter your comGateway U.S. address as your shipping address.

Log into your comGateway account and let us know which packages you’re expecting.

When your packages arrive, you’ll get an email with:
Package weight
Date of receipt
Scanned invoice(s)
Repack status (if available)

Go to your dashboard to view your packages and manage shipping:
Store your items for up to 30 days
Consolidate or repack packages
Ship internationally at our discounted rates

💡 Even if the merchant ships overseas, comGateway is often cheaper—and gives you more control.

🛒 If the online store doesn’t accept your international payment method:

Use our BuyForMe service. Just tell us what you want to purchase, and we’ll buy it for you using our U.S. payment method.

Where do I view my BuyForMe Order?

You are able to view a list of your BuyForMe Orders when you click on BFM Orders in your sidebar of your account.

Tapping on the order number will allow you to see the details of your order you placed with us.

What is the repack service?

Accepted Answer

Repack is a service to reduce your shipping charge when

we are able to reduce the volumetric weight of a package

when the volumetric weight of a package is at least 2kg more than the actual weight

and by repacking, your original package contents are not compromised

How does repack work?

Sometimes, a merchant might ship your package to your U.S. Address in too large a box.

When you request for a repack, our processing team will assess your package for repack suitability when it arrives at your U.S. Address. If your package can be repacked, you will receive an email with a repack option.

How do you reduce a package’s volumetric weight?

Our team will cut-down the original package to reduce either its length, width or height, whichever gives you the maximum savings.

Our team will remove the boxes for apparels and bag them.

Please note that we do not remove your items original product packaging when we repack.

What are the fees for the repack service?

Box cut downs: US$7 charge per package

Splitting services fees cost the same as repack.

Repacking service adds an extra 1 to 2 business days to the delivery date of your shipment.

For packages exceeding 30kg after repacking, additional fees may apply.

How do I track my shipment?

Once you’ve completed payment for international shipping, we’ll process your order and send your package out from your U.S. address.

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with:

A tracking link (also available in your account under Track)

An Airway Bill Number, which you can use to follow your shipment all the way to your doorstep
