If you can pay directly but the store doesn’t ship overseas: Checkout normally with your own credit card. Use your comGateway U.S. address as the shipping address. We’ll email you when your package arrives, including: Package weight Repack status (if available) Scanned invoice Date of receipt View your package(s) under “Packages at U.S. Address” in your account. Once all your orders arrive, go to “Ship” to manage delivery and choose repack, consolidate, or express options. 💡 You’ll see shipping weight and fees only once your package has arrived.

Q: What should I do if my package was delivered to the wrong U.S. Address?

Please contact the merchant as soon as possible and request for them to re-direct the package to your correct U.S. Address. Please note that the courier will only take instructions from the you, the sender.

Q: Can you buy the item for me when the online store does not accept my international credit card?

If your package arrives damaged—or doesn’t arrive at all—please contact our customer service directly, not the ground delivery agent. To file a claim, email us with: Your package number Your Airway Bill Number A photograph of damage (if applicable) Your order information or receipt Once we receive your claim, we’ll process it within 5-7 business days .
