When I use OneBox, what happens to my packages?

Once you request OneBox, your packages are removed from your online dashboard temporarily while our warehouse team gets to work.

Within 2–3 business days, our repack specialists:

Assess your items for repack eligibility and safety

Combine them into a box with the lowest possible shipping weight

Remove bulky packaging (like shoe boxes or gift boxes) that adds unnecessary volume

Add protective materials like bubble wrap or fragile stickers when needed

What’s the difference between volumetric weight vs actual weight?

Shipping weight is based on whichever is greater:

Actual weight – the physical weight of your package in kilograms

Volumetric weight – how much space the package takes up

volumetric weight

Why is volumetric weight sometimes used instead of actual weight?

In international air shipping, space is just as important as weight. Large packages—even light ones—take up valuable cargo room.

That’s why couriers charge based on the larger of the two: actual weight vs. volumetric weight.

How is volumetric weight calculated?

Volumetric weight is calculated using the package’s dimensions:

Length × Width × Height (in cm) ÷ Volumetric Factor

Our courier partners (DHL and FedEx) use the industry standard volumetric factor to determine billable weight.

We are solely responsible for the export and import of its packages and shipments.

User agrees that Products will be deemed unacceptable for Shipment if It is classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by IATA (International Air Transport Association), ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization), any applicable government department or other relevant organization e.g. China Export Controls
