Placing a BuyForMe order

Complete the BuyForMe form

From the shopping bar, select ‘Use BuyForMe Service’ and complete the BuyForMe form.Please use one form per merchant. In the form you have to list:

  • Description - copy and paste this from the store's descriptors provided
  • Price - the unit price of the item
  • Quantity - the number of items you require
  • Item code – also referred to as a reference number or SKU - Stock Keeping Unit
  • Size and colour - if applicable
  • Other notes – please list any promotion codes or special instructions here

When you’re done, check the details of your order. Due to the immediacy of online shopping, between the time you place your order and the time you check it out, your items may become unavailable, out of stock or the price may increase. When you place your order we’ll ask you what you’d like us to do should this happen. You can choose to purchase the remaining items in your order or cancel the entire order. Please note that we will take 1-2 business days to process your order.

On the shopping panel, decide on the speed and cost of delivery from the merchant to your U.S. Address. The most economical delivery option is standard delivery. Alternatively you can pay extra for the speed of express delivery.

Conditions & Restrictions

  • We do not accept transactions via email. Once you’ve made an order using our BuyForMe form, we’ll place the order with the merchant within two working days.
  • Should any item you’ve ordered be deemed unsuitable to be transported by our freight agents or classified as hazardous material, dangerous goods, prohibited or restricted articles by the International Air Transport Association, we will not ship these items. Neither will we ship items with insufficent or inaccurate or product descriptors.
  • Please do not purchase items that our shipping partner prohibits – a list is provided
  • Should you find any errors in your order after you receive confirmation form us, please contact us within three working days. We will do our utmost to resolve this error for you.
  • If an item you have ask us to order is out of stock or if the price has gone up, we will follow your prior instructions on how to proceed. Should you wish, in the other notes box, you may instruct us to purchase the items even if the price has gone up.
