BuyForMe order ShipForMe order
1. Email us and tell us which items you’d like to return to which merchant. We‘ll proceed with the return and send you a record. 1. Check that the merchant you bought your items from has a returns policy. You may also want to contact them about your return.
  2. Tell us which package you’d like to send back and the address we should use (check with your merchant for the details).

Charges

We charge a returns handling fee of US$5 per shipment. Delivery return fees are US$6 per order for packages of 1 kg or less. For packages weighing more than 1 kg, we charge an additional US$1 for every 0.5kg of additional weight. You will also have to bear any charges levied by the merchant.
