Use our shopping panel to place your order directly with the merchant website and have it shipped to your unique comGateway U.S. address in Portland, Oregon. From there, we forward the package on to your doorstep in 4-6 business days. This service is ideal when buying from websites who do not ship outside the U.S. or charge high international shipping fees.

To personalise online shopping, we offer you our exclusive Concierge Service when an online merchant does NOT accept an international credit card. At our shopping panel, you may choose to place your order with comGateway through our Concierge Service Team who order on your behalf within 1-2 business days, after the day of submission, from Monday to Friday (GMT +8). Your packages are still sent to Oregon and delivered to your doorstep in 4-6 business days. This service is ideal when customers want to purchase from a site that will not accept international credit cards. A 5% concierge service fee of your total invoice value applies for this option. Concierge Service operates during business hours from Monday to Friday (GMT +8).
