1. Where do I locate my unique U.S. Address?
  You can locate your U.S. address at MyAccount
 
2. Why isn't the repack option presented to me?
  "The repack option" or "Repackaging" is only applicable to packages where the volumetric weight is >3 kg higher than actual weight & when the package is suitable for repacking. (Eg: fragile items with protection material in their original packing such as laptops and audio speakers may not be suitable to repack)
 
3. How do I verify my Credit Card?
  A random amount will be charged by COMGATEWAY VERIFY and this amount will be deducted from the total cost of your purchases. The balance cost of your purchase will be charged by COMGATEWAY BUY to your credit card separately.

Access your credit card statement for the US$ amount charged by COMGATEWAY VERIFY. Apply this is amount/ code to verify your card. (Eg: if US$1.58 is charged, your code is 158) Alternatively, you can call your credit card company and instantly find out what is the amount charged.

To complete the above steps, go to Payment Options under My Profile in My Account; enter the code and your credit card will be instantly verified.
 
4. Can I purchase from Ebay?
  We are able to purchase from Ebay as long as the seller does not require payment made through a PayPal account. Alternatively, you may use our DIY service to purchase from Ebay directly.
 
5. How do I check if my BuyForMe (BFM) orders have arrived at my U.S. address?
  To track whether your package(s) have arrived at your US address, you may log in and click on My Account > My Orders > Packages at US Address.

The merchant may send us updates on your order, such as item out of stock or back-ordered item status. We will write to you separately via email on these updates.
