DIY Service – When you make a shipment from your U.S address to your final destination, you may offset your CGW Dollars against all your international shipping charges. This includes total international shipping cost, fuel surcharge, remote area surcharge, U.S. domestic shipping cost, storage fee, repacking fee, consolidation fee and insurance fee.

BuyForMe Service – When you make a purchase using the BuyForMe service, you may offset your CGW Dollars against your item purchase cost,BuyForMe service fees and shipping fees from your US address.

For every 1 CGW Dollar you earn, is equivalent to US$1 in your CGW account.

How to redeem your CGW Dollars:

Login your account and click on “CGW Dollars” to view a summary of your existing CGW dollars. To redeem all your CGW Dollars, simply total up the remaining CGW dollars in your account and key in this total amount upon check out. You can redeem your "CGW Dollars" when you ship your package or for your next Buyforme service request.

When to redeem your CGW Dollars:

You can redeem them anytime within 3 months from earned date. After 3 months, your CGW Dollars will expire.

You can accumulate your CGW Dollars and redeem them for one transaction as long as they do not expire 3 months from earn date.
