The Shopping Assistant is designed to make your shopping experience with comGateway
easier. When you open your Shopping Assistant, it will bring you to the comGateway
homepage, please login. |

| Next, select a website you want to shop with. |

The selected store now opens as a new tab on
the Shopping Assistant. |
| |
| Select the BFM service on the menu selector. |
| |
The next step is to simply click and add the
items you want us to buy for you, as you
would normally do on any website. |

| Finished adding? |

| Go to the website’s shopping cart page. |
| |
| You are not required to check out or even login with the website. |
| |
| Just check that all your items to be purchased are correct and enter the shopping cart total in the centre panel of the Shopping Assistant. |

| Then click the Next button on the Shopping Assistant panel. |
